«5 a Day» recommends that five servings of vegetables and fruits are eaten daily. What counts in «5 a Day»?
3 portions of vegetables and 2 portions of fruits (1 portion = 120 grams), fresh, frozen, canned, dried, in smoothies or juices or meals.
